The organizational structure of Vermont Outdoor Business Alliance is based on a collective impact leadership model including:
• Steering Committee: core leadership group collaborating on vision, strategy and tactics and communications. Members include:
• Backbone team: serves as the “glue” coordinating the pieces, overall “keeper(s)” of the agenda, does legwork so business engagement convenient and meaningful.
• Working groups: Subgroups that form to pursue specific strategies and tactics.
• Supporters: Others who wish to contribute time, resources or endorsement.
