VERMONT STATE UNIVERSITY - LYNDON: OUTDOOR EDUCATION, LEADERSHIP, & TOURISM

The Outdoor Education, Leadership & Tourism program at Vermont State University equips you to jump into an array of management roles in the outdoor field. Learn about environmental science, education, biology, and psychology while you play in Vermont and the White Mountains. Become an expert backpacker and canoeist while working toward national-level certifications in areas like rock, ice, and alpine climbing, backcountry skiing, ropes course leadership, and more.
STERLING COLLEGE
Environmentally-Focused College in Vermont. Nestled in a rural Vermont village, Sterling offers two-year and four-year undergraduate degrees in Environmental Studies, providing a liberal arts education that uses the local farms, forests, rivers, and wetlands as its classrooms. With a small student body of fewer than 100 students in the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont, a tight-knit community prides itself on sustainable and socially responsible living. At Sterling, students are given the opportunity to roll their sleeves up and learn in a very hands-on, experiential way to prepare you to challenge the status quo.

COMMUNITY COLLEGE OF VERMONT-STATEWIDE: CAREER PATHWAYS ENTRY PROGRAM-MANUFACTURING
The Career Pathways Entry Program at CCV is an on-ramp for career seekers to explore industries, participate in job shadows with local employers such as Cabot Hoisery Mills (Darn Tough) and Manufacturing Solutions Center, gain college credit and an industry credential, and earn cash while they learn. Participating employers benefit from a diversified talent pipeline and skilled workers to fill high-demand roles.
