Start your morning with coffee and conversation focused on the future of outdoor careers in Vermont. This meet-up is an informal yet informative space to discuss tools, strategies, and partnerships that can grow and diversify Vermont’s outdoor workforce. Ideal for educators, employers, and youth-serving organizations.
🌧️ ClimateReadyVT Workshop

As our climate changes, so must our businesses and communities. This one-day workshop will explore how Vermont’s outdoor and allied sectors can better prepare for climate-related challenges through collaboration, resilience strategies, and shared resources.
