Are you a mechanic or paid staff member of a Vermont bicycle retailer offering suspension service to customers?


This half-day skills training will prepare professionals to:


- Provide customers with a higher quality baseline suspension setup;

- Articulate to sales staff and customers what adjustments to make to improve their riding experience; and

- Provide improved routine maintenance protocols and repertoire.


The training is organized by the Vermont Outdoor Business Alliance. The curriculum is designed and instruction will be provided by suspension systems experts from Green Mountain Pro Tune and Base Camp.
